Statuses
Every campaign has a status that tells the team where it stands.
| Status | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Draft | Being built. Every new or duplicated campaign starts here. |
| In review | Ready for feedback and sign-off. |
| Approved | Signed off and ready to export. |
| Completed | Exported and sent from your ESP. |
Change a status
Section titled “Change a status”Click the status beside the campaign’s name in the editor’s top bar and pick a new one. The menu also shows the latest five changes: who changed the status, to what and when.
Anyone who can edit the campaign can change its status. Each change is saved and logged with the version of the campaign it applied to.
Statuses never change by themselves. Approvals don’t set a campaign to Approved, and exporting doesn’t set it to Completed. You stay in control of what the status says. Two shortcuts help:
- Request review can set a Draft campaign to In review as it asks people. See Reviews and approvals.
- When everyone asked to review has approved, the reviews chip offers Set to Approved.
Edited since approved
Section titled “Edited since approved”If a campaign is edited after it was set to Approved, the status shows Edited since approved, and so does its card in the campaign list. Check the changes with whoever approved it, then choose Approve again from the status menu to record that the latest version is approved.
See statuses across campaigns
Section titled “See statuses across campaigns”On the Campaigns page, filter by status, or switch the Display to Board for a column per status.
