Managing campaigns
The Campaigns page lists every campaign in the workspace, with a thumbnail of each email.
Find campaigns
Section titled “Find campaigns”- Search: click the search icon or press / and type part of a name.
- Filter: narrow the list by review (Waiting on me), status or template. Each filter shows as a chip you can remove.
- Display: choose the layout and what cards show. Your choices are remembered on this device.
Grid and Board
Section titled “Grid and Board”- Grid shows campaigns as cards, most recently edited first.
- Board shows a column for each status: Draft, In review, Approved and Completed. It’s a quick way to see what’s waiting for sign-off.
Review cues
Section titled “Review cues”Cards show where each campaign’s review stands:
- Waiting on you: you’ve been asked to review it and haven’t approved yet.
- All reviewers approved: everyone asked has approved.
- Edited since approved: the campaign has changed since it was approved.
Reviewers’ avatars show over the thumbnail. A status shows on the card once the campaign isn’t a Draft.
Duplicate a campaign
Section titled “Duplicate a campaign”Choose Duplicate from a card’s menu to copy a campaign, for example to start next month’s newsletter from this month’s. The copy:
- is called “Copy of …”,
- uses the same template version and content,
- starts as a Draft, without the original’s comments or reviews.
The copy stays on the original’s template version. To use a newer version of the template, create a new campaign instead.
Archive, restore and delete
Section titled “Archive, restore and delete”- Archive moves a campaign out of the list. It keeps its content, comments and history, and opens read only. You can still export it.
- To see archived campaigns, turn on Show archived campaigns in the Display menu. Restore brings one back.
- Delete permanently is offered for archived campaigns. It removes the campaign, its comments and its reviews for good and can’t be undone.
