How much does a build cost?
We quote a fixed price once we've seen the design. It depends on how many templates and modules there are and how involved the layout is, so send us the file and we'll come back with a number.
Do I need a Modular Mail account?
No. If you only want the HTML, we hand over a template you upload to your ESP. If you'd like your team to build campaigns from it without code, we can set it up in Modular Mail instead, and the subscription is separate. See pricing
Which email clients do you test in?
Every build goes through Litmus and Email on Acid before we hand it over. We check Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail on desktop and mobile, in light and dark mode.
What if we don't have a Figma file?
Send what you have. A Sketch or Adobe XD file, a PDF or an email you already send is enough to build from.
Can you rebuild emails we already send?
Yes. Send us the live email or its HTML and we'll rebuild it cleanly, either as a template for your ESP or as modules in Modular Mail.
Who owns the HTML?
You do. It's standard HTML with no dependency on Modular Mail, and it keeps working in your ESP whatever you decide later.
