For ecommerce and CRM teams

Send this week's campaigns without waiting on a developer.

For CRM teams at retail and DTC brands sending several campaigns a week from custom templates. Your team builds every email from approved modules and exports it to Braze, Bloomreach or whichever ESP you use.

We'll rebuild one of your recent campaigns before the call.

Exports to the ESP you already use

  • Klaviyo
  • Braze
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Iterable
  • Bloomreach
  • HubSpot
  • Marketo
  • Customer.io
  • Mailchimp
  • and any platform that sends HTML email
The problem

Your campaigns shouldn't wait for a free developer.

If an agency or a developer built your templates, every structural change probably goes back to them. That's manageable at one send a week. It isn't in November.

01

The ESP editor won't open your template

Custom HTML usually means editing in code, so changes go to whoever can write it.

02

New products need new layouts

A product grid with three items instead of four becomes a ticket.

03

Peak season multiplies everything

More sends and tighter turnarounds go through the same queue.

04

Hand-edited HTML is risky

One missing tag and the email breaks in Outlook after it has gone out.

We used to wait three to five days for dev to update our email templates. Now my team builds campaigns in an afternoon. Same custom designs, zero technical dependency.

A normal week

What a sending week looks like

  1. MondayNew arrivals

Drop in the product grid in its four-up layout and add this week's products, then export to Klaviyo.

  2. WednesdayFlash sale

Add the promo banner in the sale colour and set the code. The Copy Assistant tightens the headline in your brand voice.

  3. ThursdaySign-off

Request a review from your head of brand. They leave a note on the banner and approve once you've made the change.

  4. FridayA new flow email

Build a post-purchase email from the same modules as your campaigns, so flows match your newest design.

  5. NovemberPeak

More sends, same team. Every email is assembled from modules that are already tested, so the extra volume is writing and choosing images.

FAQ

Questions CRM teams ask

Will our emails look exactly the same?

Yes. The template is your HTML with editable areas marked, so the design doesn't change.

Can we use it for flows?

Yes. Welcome, abandoned basket and post-purchase emails export the same way as campaigns.

Can we use our ESP's personalisation tags?

Yes. Type merge tags such as a first-name variable into any text field and they export as written.

What if we need a new layout?

Your developer, your agency or our team adds a module, and it appears in your library.

Can our manager sign off in Modular Mail?

Yes. Request a review and they get an email that opens the campaign. They comment where something needs changing and approve when they're happy. Reviewers are free.

What happens if we cancel?

Everything you've exported keeps working in your ESP.

Forward us a recent email. We'll rebuild it and show you how your team would put together the next one.
