  1. How does version history work?
    Studio includes 30 days of version history for templates and campaigns.

    Business includes complete version history, plus the ability to save permanent named versions and add notes.
  2. What are named versions?
    Named versions allow Business users to preserve important milestones, such as “Legal approved,” “Ready to send” or “Before redesign.”

    They remain available for as long as the workspace is active.
  3. Can I restore an earlier version?
    Yes.

    Studio users can restore versions created within the previous 30 days.

    Business users can restore any version from the complete history, including named versions.
  4. What happens if I downgrade from Business to Studio?
    Your named versions will be preserved, but they will no longer be available to open or restore while the workspace is on Studio.

    Your most recent 30 days of version history will remain available.
  5. What counts as an AI action?
    An AI action is one use of an AI-powered feature, such as generating, rewriting or improving campaign content.

    Studio includes 300 AI actions per month, plus 150 for each added seat.

    Business includes 2,000 AI actions per month, plus 250 for each added seat.
  6. Are modules, templates or campaigns limited?
    No. Studio and Business both include unlimited modules, templates and campaigns.
