Questions about pricing

  1. Is there a free trial?
    Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can set up your templates and ship a real campaign before you pay. You can switch plans or resize your team at any time.
  2. What counts as an AI action?
    An AI action is a single use of the built-in AI Copy Assistant, such as generating or rewriting a piece of campaign copy. Studio includes 300 AI actions a month and Business includes 2,000, and your allowance grows with every seat you add.
  3. Can I add or remove seats later?
    Yes. Studio includes 1 seat and Business includes 5, and you can add more whenever you need them. Each extra seat also increases your monthly AI action allowance. Changes are prorated by Stripe, so you only pay for what you use.
  4. Do you offer annual billing?
    Yes. Choose yearly billing to get two months free compared with paying monthly. You can pick monthly or yearly on this page, and your choice carries through to checkout.
  5. Which currencies can I pay in?
    You can be billed in GBP, USD or EUR. Pick your currency above and it follows you into checkout. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.
  6. What's included in Enterprise?
    Enterprise is for larger teams and organisations that need unlimited seats, increased AI limits, dedicated onboarding and support, and custom contracts, invoicing or a security review. Pricing is tailored to your team, so get in touch and we'll scope it with you.
  7. Does Modular Mail work with my email platform?
    Yes. Modular Mail is ESP-agnostic. You export clean HTML and send from Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce, HubSpot or any other platform. Nothing about your pricing locks you to a particular ESP.
  8. Can I change plans later?
    Yes. You can move between Studio and Business whenever you like, and upgrades or downgrades are prorated. If you outgrow Business, our team can move you onto an Enterprise plan.
